Dipping his toe in Sound Designer waters and finding it rather warm, distorted and warblingly modulatory to the point of feeling slightly uneasy, WalkyMatt has created a fascinating selection of patches for SynthPatcher's very first bank for MitoSynth, and we think it's rather good!

Completely free for everyone, these patches are really inspirational. I found as I was listening to each one I was thinking of a different piece of music and of course I had to turn one of them into a track, I actually ended up using 4 separate sounds here and the drums are from GraySynther's R-70 sample pack - together I think they're a winning combination.

To install these presets simply download the .zip file, extract and 'Open in...' MitoSynth.

Holy smokes! This is going to be a tough act to follow. Hats off to you, sir.

Thanks Zen, you’re too kind. As a reigning master of the art I don’t think you’ll have any trouble 😉

    Agreed… on all counts 😀

Everything you are both doing is getting better and better, same goes for Graysynther too! Keep up the great work guys – I have some catching up to do 😉

Hi, any chance of a list of patch names? I’m afraid I can’t tell which patches are yours after importing. Including a specific tag would be perfect. :)
